A patent is only as good as its value to our client's business objectives, and that value is derived from actual or potential enforcement. Any uncertainty about a patent's enforceable value will tend to encourage future infringers to fight rather than settle. Our objective in patent preparation and prosecution is to obtain patents which are not only valid and enforceable, but are easy to enforce.
